Affordable dental care for you and your family

We know very well that navigating dental pricing can be overwhelming. At Townley House Dental Practice, we are committed to providing transparent pricing and affordable dental care for our patients, therefore, we will always discuss all dental procedures and their costs with you and will explore ways to make dental care more accessible for everyone.

Transparent and easy to understand

Our pricing is designed to be transparent and easy to understand, with no hidden fees or surprises. We offer competitive rates for a wide range of dental services, from routine check-ups and cleanings to more complex procedures such as fissure sealants, root canals, and dental implants. Before any treatment begins, we will provide you with a detailed estimate of the costs involved, so you can make informed decisions about your dental care.

Common Dental Procedures and Costs

Routine check-ups and cleanings: Regular dental check-ups and cleanings are essential for maintaining optimal oral health. The cost of these services depends on various factors, such as the complexity of the cleaning and any additional treatments needed.

Fillings: Fillings are used to repair cavities and restore damaged teeth. The cost of fillings varies depending on the size and location of the cavity, as well as the type of material used. Composite fillings, which match the colour of your natural teeth, may be slightly more expensive but offer better aesthetics.

Crowns: Crowns are needed to restore and strengthen damaged or weakened teeth, providing protection and improving overall oral health. The cost of dental crowns may vary depending on factors such as the type of crown, the complexity of the procedure, and any additional treatments needed.

Root canal treatments: Root canal treatments are necessary when the pulp inside your tooth becomes infected or damaged. The cost of a root canal can vary depending on the tooth being treated and the complexity of the procedure. While root canals may seem expensive, they are often more cost-effective than extracting and replacing the tooth with a dental implant or bridge.

Dentures: Dentures are needed to replace missing teeth, restore oral function, and enhance the appearance of the smile. The cost of dentures can vary depending on factors such as the type of denture (partial or full), the materials used, and any additional treatments or adjustments required.

Dental Implants: Dental implants are a permanent solution for replacing missing teeth. The cost of dental implants can vary depending on factors such as the number of implants needed, the materials used, and any additional procedures required, such as bone grafting or sinus lifts. While dental implants may have a higher upfront cost than other tooth replacement options, they offer superior longevity and durability.

Extractions: We understand that the prospect of undergoing a tooth extraction can be daunting, both medically and financially. The cost of tooth extractions can vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the procedure, the location of the tooth, and any additional treatments or sedation options required.

Teeth whitening: Professional teeth whitening may seem more expensive compared to other options, but by utilising high-quality whitening agents and advanced techniques it will provide more effective and long-lasting results. While cheaper options may seem appealing, they often lack the expertise, quality materials, and safety measures provided by professional dental care. Additionally, during treatment we can address any underlying dental issues or concerns before whitening, ensuring optimal results and minimising the risk of sensitivity or damage to your teeth and gums.

Whichever service you need, you can rest assured that our experienced team will work closely with you to provide a detailed estimate of the costs involved and discuss any payment options or financing plans available to help make your dental treatment as affordable as possible.

Dental care without financial barriers

We understand that dental treatments can be a significant expense for many families, therefore we offer several payment options to make dental care more affordable and accessible.

Dental Insurance: We accept most major dental insurance plans and will work with your insurance provider to maximise your benefits and minimise your out-of-pocket costs.

Payment Plans: For patients without insurance or those needing extensive dental work, we offer flexible payment plans to help spread out the cost of treatment over time.

  • DPAS Essentials Plan – essential dental care for only £21.23 per month. For this monthly amount you will receive two check-ups, any necessary X-rays, and two hygiene appointments per year. Any restorative treatments will be paid at independent/private fee rates with a 10% discount.
  • DPAS Children’s Plan – this children’s dental plan provides the same coverage as the Essentials Plan for only £7.33 per month. All of our payment plans include accident trauma cover and 24-hour worldwide emergency cover.

At Townley House Dental Practice, we believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality dental care at an affordable price.
